How does Brains-Trust work?

Meetings with your group take place once a month and last 4 hours. Every member will have a 20 minute slot during which they can share their problems and get feedback and suggestions from the rest of the group. This is your time to bring up important business issues and get valuable advice to help you move forward. At the end of the session, members are set goals for the next month.

The meetings are a way of:

• Sharing ideas
• Getting feedback
• Providing access to a network of business owners from various backgrounds
• Getting different perspectives, input and resources
• Making yourself accountable to others for key goals you have for your business
• Providing a mechanism to help you follow through

Members are required to commit to:

• A minimum of 6 months membership
• Complete confidentiality and impartiality
• Half a day’s group meeting per month
• A common goal to help each member to create a successful business
